Vampire Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 oz. triple sec
1/2 oz. white creme de cacao
Drizzle of grenadine

Preparation:
Blend all ingredients except grenadine until smooth, pour into a stemmed cocktail glass. Drizzle grenadine over top

Maybe I’ll serve these when we carve pumpkins next month. Along with a few other ghoulish goodies. September needs to be over already.
