“Jay-nuh” is abranch manager and librarian for the San Francisco Public Library. Before the library, she was a web producer at Reveal from The Center for Investigative Reporting in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jaena holds a master’s degree in Library and Information Science and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Digital Libraries from Syracuse University‘s School of Information Studies in Syracuse, NY. She earned her BA in journalism from SF State University. Jaena wears many hats, dabbling in web development/design, print design, editing, writing, reporting, video and photography. She is an avid reader and a lover of Batman.
