I don’t understand this photo, but that’s OK. I stumbled on it while perusing Christian Bale photos on Google images. Maybe I’ll grow curious enough to track it down, but for now I am content with making it my desktop background, fawning over Bale and giggling at Kermit.

It’s been nearly two years!

Two years, and my, how my world has changed.

And despite the fact that the place reminds me of someone I currently loathe, I still miss the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific.

I am very happy with the last two years. The things I’ve done, the people I’ve met, have all been wonderful.

This blog was born at the very beginning of all this tumultuous change, thus making it a sort of chronicle for my burgeoning self-awareness.

I have noticed that the periods during which I blog the most are usually the very same moments when I am going through a phase of self-doubt and even self-loathing. These are the times when I need the most reassurance, and ultimately, I can only appease myself in that regard.
